Mow Magnus (aka Let the Grass Grown Greener) is at the Greyhound pub
Ipswich is currently a riot of colour with 50 creatively-painted owl statues, thanks to the brilliant The Big Hoot Art Trail.
Magnus Group’s Mow Magnus (aka Let the Grass Grow Greener) stands proudly outside the Greyhound pub in Henley Road (it’s, ahem, just a coincidence that this is CEO Olly Magnus’ local).
The Hoot campaign is raising funds for St Elizabeth Hospice, and Magnus Group will donate £1 to the hospice for the first 1,500 admirers to our Hoot who confirm their visit on the official Big Hoot app.
Colouring contest
We know from previous art trails around town that kids love to get involved.
For that reason, we’ve come up with a colouring competition so that the youngsters can have a go at designing some Hoots of their own.
All you must do is DOWNLOAD THE CONTEST COLOURING SHEET HERE, print it out, and then get your youngster to colour in the Magnus truck with the three hoots on the back.
We delivered all the Hoots around town, so this is your chance to re-imagine how that must have looked!
The best entry, which we must receive by post or social media by September 4, will win £50 in Empire Cinema vouchers – enough for the family to enjoy a movie together.
How to enter
Post your entry to Mow Magnus, Magnus Group Ltd, Waratah House, Addison Way, Great Blakenham, Ipswich IP6 0RL.
Or publish your entry on Instagram or Facebook. Be sure to tag Magnus Group’s Instagram or Facebook account so that we see it, and use the hashtag #MowMagnusCompetition
The judges’ decision is final.
Good luck!
Visit this page to see what the colouring sheet looks like before you download it.
