Friday saw four of our senior team head off to their first award dinner this year.
Olly Magnus was selected as a finalist for the Director of the Year in the Institute of Directors East of England Awards.
“It was a great honour to be short-listed this year, along with some formidable Directors,” says Olly. “I wouldn’t have been short-listed without the great team I have around me. Everyone at Magnus Group Ltd made this possible and I couldn’t be prouder.”
The key-note speaker was Alison Edgar MBE. Her message is that confidence is key, and “it’s not where you start it’s where you finish”. Something that Olly, and Magnus Group, can relate to.
Martin Gomersall, Director and Head of Transport, Mark Oakley, COO, and Emma Lightfoot, Head of Personnel and Development, joined Olly for an evening of networking, and fun with other businesses based in the East of England.
